Hem Fashion will accept the return or exchange of items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages caused by the customer.
Items will NOT be exchanged or returned if a request is made after 72 hours.

For returns and exchanges, no refunds or adjustments will be made for any original shipping and/or handling charges.
