Any product you return or exchange must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
Hem Fashion will accept the return or exchange of items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages caused by the customer.
Items will NOT be exchanged or returned if a request is made after 72 hours.
